Third-Party Services, Terms and Disclosures

General Third-Party Notice

Pluto integrates or provides access to independent third-party technologies and services.

These third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, risk disclosures and service limitations. Pluto does not control their legal documents or guarantee that their services will remain available.

By accessing a third-party service through Pluto, you may also enter into a separate agreement with that provider.

You should review the applicable third-party documents before using the relevant feature.

Pluto

What does Pluto provide?

Pluto provides the interface through which you can:

  • Access your wallet
  • View supported USDC in your wallet as Cash
  • Discover supported assets
  • Buy supported assets with Cash
  • Sell supported assets into Cash
  • Review asset and transaction information
  • Request trading quotes

Pluto does not custody your Cash or other assets and does not guarantee third-party products and services.

Privy

What does Privy provide?

Privy provides the infrastructure used to create and access your self-custodial wallet.

The wallet is your wallet. It is created using Privy and accessed through the Pluto interface. Pluto does not own or custody it.

Which Privy terms apply?

Your use of Privy’s wallet infrastructure may be subject to Privy’s user terms and privacy policy:

  • Privy User Terms of Service
  • Privy Privacy Policy

Review these documents for information about Privy’s wallet infrastructure, user obligations, data processing and service limitations.

Jupiter

What does Jupiter provide?

Jupiter provides Solana swap-routing and liquidity-aggregation technology.

It searches supported liquidity sources and prepares available routes for on-chain swaps. Pluto does not control Jupiter, its routing technology or the third-party protocols and liquidity pools included in a route.

Which Jupiter terms apply?

Jupiter publishes its own terms and privacy policy:

  • Jupiter Terms of Use
  • Jupiter Privacy Policy

Review these documents for important information regarding eligibility, geographic restrictions, decentralized protocols, blockchain transactions and service limitations.

MoonPay

What does MoonPay provide?

MoonPay provides the primary fiat ramp integration used by Pluto. Through MoonPay, eligible users may purchase USDC that Pluto displays as Cash and, where supported, convert Cash into fiat.

The applicable MoonPay entity and its payment partners are responsible for payment processing, identity and compliance checks, exchange rates, fees, transaction approval, delivery of USDC and fiat payouts. Pluto does not control MoonPay’s decisions or processing.

Which MoonPay terms and disclosures apply?

The MoonPay entity and Terms of Use that apply depend on your country of residence and the service used. Review the documents shown in the MoonPay flow, together with:

  • MoonPay Legal Centre and applicable Terms of Use
  • MoonPay Global Privacy Policy
  • MoonPay Risk Disclosures

Crossmint

What does Crossmint provide?

Crossmint provides the Apple Pay on-ramp option made available through Pluto. Where supported, Crossmint or its applicable regulated service provider processes the Apple Pay payment, performs required verification and delivers USDC to your wallet, where Pluto displays it as Cash.

Pluto currently uses Crossmint for Apple Pay purchases of Cash, not for conversions of Cash to fiat.

Which Crossmint terms and disclosures apply?

Review the terms and disclosures presented in the Crossmint transaction flow. The applicable version displayed for your location and transaction governs. Current public documents include:

  • Crossmint Terms of Service for Regulated Crypto-Asset Services
  • Crossmint Privacy Policy
  • Crossmint Onramp Information

Which additional payment terms may apply?

MoonPay and Crossmint may use affiliates, banks, card networks, payment processors, identity verification providers and other service providers. Your bank, card issuer, Apple Pay account, payment network or another provider may impose additional:

  • Terms and conditions
  • Privacy policies
  • Fees and exchange-rate disclosures
  • KYC, AML, tax and compliance requirements
  • Refund or cancellation rules
  • Transaction limits
  • Geographic restrictions
  • Support procedures

Review all documents and transaction details presented before confirming. Pluto does not maintain one static list of every downstream payment partner because providers and arrangements may change by country, currency, payment method and transaction.

Solana

What does the Solana network provide?

Solana is the blockchain on which wallet balances and Pluto-supported on-chain transactions are recorded. Pluto does not control Solana, its validators, confirmation times, transaction costs or network availability.

Third-Party Availability

What happens if a third-party service is unavailable?

Some Pluto features may be delayed, degraded or temporarily unavailable.

Pluto does not control the operation of:

  • Privy
  • Jupiter
  • MoonPay
  • Crossmint
  • Banks, card issuers, Apple Pay and payment networks
  • MoonPay or Crossmint payment and compliance partners
  • Token issuers
  • Liquidity pools
  • Decentralized protocols
  • The Solana network

Pluto is not responsible for decisions, delays, outages, restrictions or failures caused by independent third parties, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Important Risk and Third-Party Notice

Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Transactions conducted through self-custodial wallets and blockchain networks are generally irreversible.

Cash is Pluto’s display name for supported USDC held in your self-custodial wallet. Cash is a digital asset, not fiat currency held by Pluto, and it remains subject to USDC issuer, banking, regulatory, technical and market risks.

Pluto charges a 0.45% platform fee on eligible buys and sells. Eligible transactions may also include variable blockchain fees based on the requirements and costs associated with preparing, sponsoring and executing the transaction on Solana. The applicable platform fee and blockchain fees are displayed before you authorize the transaction.

MoonPay provides Pluto’s primary integration for adding Cash and converting Cash to fiat. Crossmint provides the Apple Pay option for adding Cash. Wallet infrastructure is provided by Privy, swap-routing technology is provided by Jupiter. Each provider operates under its own terms, privacy policies, disclosures, eligibility requirements, fees and service limitations.

Pluto does not process fiat payments, provide investment advice, guarantee asset performance, guarantee third-party or issuer obligations, or guarantee that an asset or provider service will remain liquid or available.

Always verify:

  • Whether you are buying with Cash, selling into Cash or transferring an asset
  • The asset and token address
  • The blockchain network
  • The destination wallet
  • The transaction amount
  • The 0.45% platform fee
  • The blockchain fees
  • MoonPay, Crossmint, bank, card or payment-network fees
  • The exchange rate and expected delivery or payout amount
  • Price impact
  • Slippage
  • Applicable third-party terms and disclosures

Do not authorize a transaction unless you understand and accept the displayed information and associated risks.

*Prices and market data may be delayed or inaccurate.
